Hi All. I've been having a lot of trouble with this. All the mods I've tried that changes NPCs heads (I've tried one for Mjoll, Serana, and the Beautiful Followers pack) all result in the vanilla heads staying put (i.e. the new faces don't load) and turning dark. I've tried to stick them at the bottom of the load order and tried disabling Amazing Follower Tweaks. Body mods load just fine. I even deleted the facegendata folders from both textures and meshes in the main Skyrim folder and restored via CTRL+F4-ing all my edited NPCs.
